Saad Al Rubaiaan (Chart. PR, MCIPR) is a Kuwaiti Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the UK. Al Rubaiaan has been studying and practicing PR in Dubai since 2002. He has served previously as the youngest Government Communication Advisor at the Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates. He was also the Founding Chairman of the Kuwait Business Council in Dubai. He worked for both private agencies and government entities and is now running his boutique agency, CYLKA, which specializes in government communications and CSR advisory. Al Rubaiaan is passionate about Government Communications, Financial Education, and Social Entrepreneurship. He spares his time and efforts to spread knowledge about these matters through his articles in “FORBES Middle East”, “Harvard Business Review Arabia” and other public platforms.
