Mr. Fangzhou Xu

Fangzhou previously served in the Government of Dubai and represented the sovereign wealth fund for originating strategic investment opportunities in the industrials, mining, and energy sectors with Chinese State-owned Enterprises and with the local governments. He was frequently Invited by the UAE Ministry of Economy and UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation to join their delegations to China and Japan.
He is currently a Young Leader Committee Member of the Forum for World Education which was first launched in 2019 at the OECD Headquarters.
Fangzhou completed his master’s degree at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University and his bachelor’s degree in Economics at University College London.
