Over than 35 years’ experience in upstream Oil & gas production engineering, production facilities and projects offshore and onshore. Managing different departments and manpower exceeding 1500 employees. Worked with multinational staff and multicultural environment with flexibility and full management capability. Worked in challenging environment and scored high in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Team Player and considered as effective leader by all subordinates and had been rewarded by several management. Lead with legitimate power and rarely use position power. In Summary, Graduated from KFUPM December 1985 and worked with Saudi ARAMCO till end of 2012. In those 27 rewarding years, my experience has led me to work in a range of diverse positions, managing different teams and areas within the Company, which include: Mega Projects, fields development planning of Oil & Gas Onshore and Offshore Fields, Production & Facilities Engineering, Operations and Project Management. 2013 was a year to discover all international activities and educated myself through many meetings and technical discussions. In 2014 joined Dragon Oil and worked as Field Manager for Construction and Services including Logistic, warehouse, Marine, Maintenance and Offshore and Onshore Construction in addition to all community services till end of November 2017.

By having educational background in Petroleum Engineering, I have worked with reservoir engineering, production engineering, drilling engineering, production facilities and Project Management teams. I was managing many teams preparing scopes and design basis for green and brown fields, along with coordination between subsurface and surface aspects to produce fully integrated solutions. I managed many onshore and offshore projects as client and as Project Management manager.

Throughout these many years of diversified experience, I am confident that my background and qualifications makes me an ideal candidate for a high management or technical position within your company.
