Dr. Mohamed Kholief is a distinguished expert in digital transformation, ICT, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With a Doctorate in Innovation Management from the prestigious Maastricht School of Management,

Dr. Kholief has become a visiting professor at several esteemed universities. He brings over two decades of experience leading technology teams, consultancy, training, and research projects in various domains, including digital transformation, entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology management.

Dr. Kholief has a remarkable track record as a digital transformation consultant and strategist for numerous international projects and institutions, including UNDP and USAID. His insights and expertise have been instrumental in shaping national and regional strategies for digital development collaborating with global and regional organizations.

His illustrious career also includes serving on the Board of Trustees of the Arab Council for Social Responsibility (ACSR) and overseeing the Arab Social Innovation Program.

Dr. Kholief is a member of the ASRT Research Council for Communications and Information Technology, one of Egypt’s key think tanks for ICT technology.

Furthermore, Dr. Kholief’s contributions extend to serving as a judge, mentor, trainer and consultant for arab startups, especially those with emerging technologies, especially in AI and Digitalization, with domain experience in agriculture, manufacturing and government sectors.

Dr. Mohamed Kholief’s impressive list of achievements in the ICT sector, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation extends to Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Yemen.

In 2022, he founded the Arab Social Innovation initiative dedicated to nurturing technology startups aligned with UN SDGs. This initiative is serving the need for innovative solutions to face climate change, sustainability, and environmental challenges and the challenge of availing decent jobs, good education and a sound healthcare system. The initiative supported 80 startups across the arab region.
