Nebil El Hedda

Nebil El Hedda is an accomplished finance and investment expert with over 30 years of extensive experience in investment banking, financial advisory, and strategic consulting across multiple sectors, including energy, travel, and pharmaceuticals. He graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique in Paris in 1989.

Throughout his career, Nebil has played key roles in driving economic growth and innovation across North Africa and Europe.

Career highlights:

-Early Career: Nebil began his professional journey as an Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of “Entreprise Tunisienne des Activités Pétrolières” (ETAP), where he negotiated financial deals with major international oil companies. Simultaneously, he served as a lecturer in Microeconomics at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, sharing his knowledge with future business leaders.

Investment Banking Specialist : Since 1995, Nebil has been deeply involved in Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Services, acting primarily as an advisor on sell and buy side during the Tunisian privatization process and facilitating M&A transactions between Europe and North Africa. Secondly his role as an advisor to the chairman of Tunisian Travel Service strengthened his expertise in the airline, hospitality and banking sectors.

Economic Advisor: a former member of the “Institut de Prospective Economique du Monde Méditerranéen”(IPEMED) in Paris, Nebil has actively contributed to important discussions about economic development, providing strategic insights in the Mediterranean region.

Entrepreneurial Ventures: In 2010, he founded Edenia Brothers Limited, focusing on advisory and M&A services for pharmaceutical companies (Opalia Pharma, UNIMED, RECORDATI) private equity partners, including notable firms such as RMBV, Texas Pacific Group, Cranemere, Africinvest. He has also partnered with multinational corporations, including (Gemalto/Thalès, Forafric).

Innovative Energy Initiatives: Based in Monaco since 2012, Nebil established a company in 2018 focused on trading oil products, minerals, and renewable energy.

He is also a co-founder of a Tunisian enterprise dedicated to producing Green Hydrogen for the European market, actively contributing to regional decarbonisation strategies.

Nebil El Hedda extensive expertise, combined with a commitment to sustainable economic development, provides prime position in driving transformative initiatives across various industries in Africa and Europe.

-Leadership in Gas Marketing: He later became the Head of the Gas Marketing & Development Department at Air Liquide Group. During this time, he also taught company valuation at the Ecole Polytechnique Tunis, combining practical industry expertise with academic insights.
