Wael Osman

Wael brings more than 32 years of C-level experience across multiple sectors, During his career he worked as a policy and strategy advisor at the executive office of the Ruler of Dubai and The Executive Council of the Government of Dubai which is chaired by the crown prince of Dubai, during these two entities he managed and contributed to a number of strategic initiatives including:

• Dubai Plan 2021 & Dubai Strategic Plan (DSP) 2015
• Dubai Urban Development Framework 2020
• Strategic assessment of supply and demand policy
• Dubai Maritime Strategy,
• Dubai aviation strategy,
• Dubai energy policy
• Dubai Sustainability policy and many of the key policies including national & social Housing policy, demand management strategy, business continuity policy, Capacity building, special economic zones integration policy, and many more.

After ten years of successful government projects, Wael was appointed as director of strategy and future economy expert at Dubai Economy Department where he developed a number of key business initiatives including Dubai Economic Strategy 2021, Dubai China Strategy, Business community Engagement initiative, Dubai Future Foresight center, Economic sector foresight reports. Geopolitical report, Global Sharing Economy initiative SHAREDXB and Global capacity exchange hub. Wael also was a key player in organizing few of the flagship events in Dubai like family office forum with Financial Times, Business community engagement forum and many more.

Wael is currently managing Pixonal Design a world-winning data information design company that won the most prestigious design award (red-dot awards) under his leadership. and now providing this service to key government entities in UAE and KSA.
Wael Also manages RYTS Global, the first intelligent Sourcing company with unique services to governments and corporations to bridge their future needs in fund , commodities or projects.

Wael holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands in major global business. Also he holds special degrees in operation research, feasibility studies, operation management, and future studies he is also Certified Kaplan-Norton Balanced scorecards.

Wael has a solid public (government) and private sector experience and a proven track records of business architecture, strategic planning & execution, policy development, business & competitive intelligence and decision making process. Wael entertains in depth knowledge and hands on knowledge of GCC , national programs and government structure in the region.

Wael is cerfied SPSS trainer, business and strategy dynamics , data mining and scenario planning expert.
Wael developed the first these of intellectual capital measurement and management and how nations and corporates can utilized their intangible assets which was endorsed by Dr. Leif Edinson the founder of intellectual capital concept in the world.
